Our aim is to convert this building into a new breed of serviced hotel offering for business, leisure or pleasure. Changing patterns of travel and design innovation have had a huge impact on the hotel industry, with research by Whitbread (owner of Premier Inn Hub) showing that people would prefer to stay in a compact, well designed and well located room where they are not paying for additional space and facilities
they never use. The market participants include Zhotels, Citizen M and Premier Inn Hub.
Connectivity is King.
Our innovative approach to this site aims to breathe new life into this building and create both employment and a scale-able business at the same time.
